Enrollment

What ages does Camp Sharon accept?
We welcome children ages 3 through 14. Boys and girls are in separate divisions from age five, each with its own counselors and its own age-based groups. Our youngest campers, ages three and four, are together in one group.
Can we sign up for only some weeks?
Yes. Every week is bookable on its own. Families who book three or more weeks receive a multi-week discount automatically, and there is an additional discount for booking the full summer.

Pricing

Do you offer a sibling discount?
We do — 10% off for the second child and every additional child registered at the same time. The discount is applied automatically as you add children; you will see it in the order summary before you pay.
How can we pay?
Credit card or bank transfer through our secure checkout, or by Zelle. Payment plans with a deposit are available — choose that option at checkout and we will spread the balance across the spring.

Health & Safety

How do you handle allergies and medication?
Every camper's medical form is reviewed before the first day, and allergies appear on the daily roster each counselor carries. Medication is stored and administered by our health staff. If your child carries an EpiPen or inhaler, tell us on the medical form and we will build the plan around it.

Daily Life

What are the daily hours?
The camp day runs 10:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday, and 10:00am to 3:00pm on Friday.
Is transportation available?
Yes — a round-trip bus serves the Tannersville village green each morning and afternoon. You can add it to any week during registration.
Will we see photos during the summer?
Yes. Enrolled families get a private photo feed with updates from their child's group, visible only when you are signed in. We only publish photographs of children whose families have granted a photo release.
